{"id":119,"date":"2017-02-17T10:38:22","date_gmt":"2017-02-17T09:38:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=119"},"modified":"2017-02-17T10:38:22","modified_gmt":"2017-02-17T09:38:22","slug":"permanent-court-evaluator","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/permanent-court-evaluator\/","title":{"rendered":"Permanent court evaluator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Physical entities meeting the following requirements can be appointed permanent court evaluators:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They are nationals of the Republic of Croatia, nationals of EU member countries, or nationals of a country party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area<\/li>\n<li>They have spent minimally 10 years following graduation from high school working on jobs in the line of profession they were educated for or were self-employed, or they have spent minimally 10 years independently running a family household and dealing with agriculture\/farming or forestry<\/li>\n<li>They are medically competent to perform the activities of permanent court evaluator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Permanent court evaluators must not fail to meet any of the requirements stipulated for civil servants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documents to be submitted<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Application to be appointed permanent court evaluator<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of citizenship<\/li>\n<li>Certificate\/diploma in a particular line of profession<\/li>\n<li>Certificate that the Applicant has spent minimally 10 years following graduation from high school working on jobs in the line of profession they were educated for or were self-employed, or that they have spent minimally 10 years independently running a family household and dealing with agriculture\/farming or forestry<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of no pending criminal procedure against the Applicant issued by the competent court<\/li>\n<li>Certificate on medical fitness to perform court evaluator activities issued by a physician \u2013 specialist in occupational medicine<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Court fee of HRK 70.00<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competent body and applicable regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pravosudje.gov.hr\/\">Ministry of Justice<\/a> (County or Commercial Court competent for the Candidate\u2019s place of residence)<\/p>\n<p>Ulica grada Vukovara 49, 10000 Zagreb<\/p>\n<p>Tel.: +385 (0) 1 3714-000<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:lpetrovic@pravosudje.hr\">lpetrovic@pravosudje.hr<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Courts Act (NN <a href=\"http:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2013_03_28_473.html\">28\/13<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ordinance on Permanent Court Evaluators (NN <a href=\"http:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/1998_04_64_777.html\">64\/98<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2008_07_88_2816.html\">88\/08<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Authorisation for activity performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Decision on Permanent Court Evaluator Appointment<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal remedies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Candidate can appeal against a decision declining permanent court interpreter appointment to the County or Commercial Court that issued such decision within 15 days after the service thereof.
