{"id":132,"date":"2025-03-07T10:28:49","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T09:28:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=132"},"modified":"2025-03-07T10:28:49","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T09:28:49","slug":"employment-related-activities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/employment-related-activities\/","title":{"rendered":"Employment-related activities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Employment-related activities refer to placement services, career counseling, and education for increasing the employability of the workforce.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to employment-related activities, legal and natural persons may also be engaged only in market research and opinion polling, management consulting, and hiring-out workers for temporary employment undertakings.<\/p>\n<p>Legal and natural persons engaged in employment-related activities need to keep records of persons seeking employment, employers seeking employees, and required and employed workers.<\/p>\n<p>The mentioned data is delivered to the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy by electronic means, by filling in the <a href=\"http:\/\/odp.mrms.hr\/Login.aspx\">ODP-1<\/a> form:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; for the period from 1 January to 30 June, and at the latest by 31 July,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; for the period from 1 July to 31 December, and at the latest by 31 January of the following year.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><u>First option<\/u><\/strong><strong> \u2013 FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you are already established in any EU\/EEA state, you are free to provide services on occasional and temporary basis, without the obligation to register a company in Croatia and waiting for the prior check.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, an e-application, i.e., a notification is sent at <a href=\"mailto:pisarnica@mrosp.hr\">pisarnica@mrosp.hr<\/a>, along with photographed or scanned documents (signed, without seal), i.e.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a proof of establishment in any EU\/EEA state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><u>Second option<\/u><\/strong><strong> \u2013 FREEDOM OF ESTABLISHMENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you are already established in any EU\/EEA state, you are free to provide services as a natural or a legal person on a permanent basis in Croatia by means of an establishment in Croatia, provided that you submit the following documents (photographed or scanned):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an application for entering into the register,<\/li>\n<li>a proof of establishment in Croatia. The head of the competent authority decides on the complaint by a decision within 8 days from the date of lodging the complaint.
