{"id":1886,"date":"2022-03-16T14:50:42","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T13:50:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=1886"},"modified":"2025-05-05T12:45:56","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T10:45:56","slug":"approval-of-the-plan-for-monitoring-and-reporting-on-greenhouse-gas-emissions-from-aviation-activities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/approval-of-the-plan-for-monitoring-and-reporting-on-greenhouse-gas-emissions-from-aviation-activities\/","title":{"rendered":"Approval of the plan for monitoring and reporting on greenhouse gas emissions from aviation activities"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong><u>First option<\/u><\/strong><strong>: FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If you are established in EU\/EEA country, you have freedom to provide services on temporary and occasional basis, without obligation of establishment in Croatia, mandatory membership in professional body and without a prior check.<\/p>\n<p>An online declaration is sent in the mentioned case to the directly to the competent authority at <a href=\"mailto:pisarnica@mzozt.hr\">pisarnica@mzozt.hr<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:ets-postrojenja@mzozt.hr\">ets-postrojenja@mzozt.hr<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>along with a photo or a scan of the following documents (signed, without a stamp):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Request for Approval of the plan for monitoring and reporting on greenhouse gas emissions from aviation activities (form) to which the following documents are attached<\/li>\n<li>proof of possession of an operating license in accordance with applicable European Union regulations<\/li>\n<li>proof of the aircraft operator attributed to the Republic of Croatia as a Member State of management for the highest estimated attributed aviation emissions released during flights performed by that aircraft operator in the base year<\/li>\n<li>plan for monitoring and reporting on greenhouse gas emissions from aviation activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If EU\/EEA nationals do not provide the required documents, a competent authority will check their data via the Internal Market Information System (IMI).<\/p>\n<h1><strong><u>Second option<\/u><\/strong><strong>: FREEDOM TO ESTABLISH<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If you are established in EU\/EEA country, you as a physical or legal person have freedom to provide services on a permanent basis in Croatia, if you register an establishment in Croatia and submit the following documents, i.e. fulfil the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The request is accompanied by the required attachments:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; proof of possession of an operating license in accordance with applicable European Union law<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; proof of the aircraft operator attributed to the Republic of Croatia as a Member State of management for the highest estimated attributed emissions from aviation released during flights performed by that aircraft operator in the base year<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
