{"id":198,"date":"2017-02-17T11:27:28","date_gmt":"2017-02-17T10:27:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=198"},"modified":"2017-04-13T13:34:40","modified_gmt":"2017-04-13T11:34:40","slug":"tourism-services-on-rural-farms-or-family-agricultural-farms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/tourism-services-on-rural-farms-or-family-agricultural-farms\/","title":{"rendered":"Tourism Services on Rural Farms or Family Agricultural Farms"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211; agricultural, forestry, sports, recreational, educational and similar activities connected with rural farming (participation in agricultural activities like picking fruits and vegetables, collecting harvest, hunting and fishing, carriage or boat rides, bike rides, horseback riding, walking and similar activities, like renting equipment, tools and gear for these activities, provision of creative and educational workshops related to agriculture, traditional crafts, tours of agricultural farms, including its natural and cultural values, visits to registered private ethnological collections and alike) for a maximum of 80 tourists simultaneously<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The holder or member of a family agricultural farm or a forest owner shall obtain a decision on approval to provide tourist services on the rural farm from the office competent for the location where services are provided, subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>that the family agricultural farm is entered into the Ledger of Agricultural Farms, or into the Ledger of Forest Owners,<\/li>\n<li>that the applicant is entitled to use the facility and\/or land on which the tourist services from are to be provided,<\/li>\n<li>that requirements for the provision of tourist services prescribed by other regulations are fulfilled<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Copy of the ID of the holder or member of a family agricultural farm<\/li>\n<li>Decision on entrance into the Ledger of Agricultural Farms<\/li>\n<li>Proof of entitlement to use business facilities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Administrative fee<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for the application forms submitted to The City of Zagreb HRK 20<\/li>\n<li>for the decisions issued by the City of Zagreb HRK 50<\/li>\n<li>for the decisions issued by the State Administration Offices in the County HRK 35<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment of the administrative fees:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 directly to the prescribed account irrespective of the amount<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>amount up to HRK 100 can be paid also in state stamps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information for e-payment of administrative fee:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; fill according to information stated by the competent authority to which request for issuing a decision was submitted \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/psc.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/OBR-TUR-EN_information-for-payment-of-administrative-fees.docx\">information for payment of the administrative fee<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"featuredBlock\">\n<p><strong>E-PROCEDURE for obtaining the decision<\/strong> <strong>approving the provision of tourism services on rural farms or family agricultural farms<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application form (request) must be fulfilled and signed<\/li>\n<li>Application form must be sent to the e-mail address of the competent authority, with all necessary documents and the proof of e- payment of the administrative fee \u2013all scanned in pdf<\/li>\n<li>If the documents are sent via e-mail, there is no obligation of mailing or bringing the documents physically<\/li>\n<li>Decision on performing services can be sent, at the request, via e-mail. The same decision will be sent by the post afterwards. Term for rendering a decision is at the latest within 60 days, counting from the day of duly performed submission of the request (in cases when investigatory procedure is carried out \u2013 inspection)<\/li>\n<li>catering and hospitality service can be performed after receiving the decision (executive decision)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Request for issuing a decision on the approval of provision of tourism services on <a href=\"http:\/\/psc.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/OBR-TUR_Zahtjev-za-izdavanje-rje\u0161enja-o-odobrenju-za-pru\u017eanje-turisti\u010dkih-usluga-na-selja\u010dkom-gospodarstvu.docx\">rural farms<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/psc.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/OBR-TUR_Zahtjev-za-izdavanje-rje\u0161enja-o-odobrenju-za-pru\u017eanje-ugostiteljskih-usluga-na-obiteljskom-poljoprivrednom-gospodarstvu.docx\">family agricultural farms<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/psc.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/OBR-TUR_Odjava-pru\u017eanja-ugostiteljskih-usluga-u-doma\u0107instvu-obiteljskom-poljoprivrednom-gospodarstvu.docx\">Cancellation of provision of tourism services on rural farms or family agricultural farms<\/a><\/p>\n<p>e-mail for sending complete documentation: <a href=\"http:\/\/psc.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/OBR-TUR-EN_list-of-e-contact-points.docx\">State administration offices in the counties, City of Zagreb<\/a><\/p>\n<p>subject: e-request &#8211;
