The service is provided under the conditions prescribed for business establishment (Second option).<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><u>The second option<\/u><\/strong><strong> &#8211; FREEDOM TO ESTABLISH<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If you are established in EU\/EEA country, you as natural or legal person, have freedom to provide services on a permanent basis in Croatia, if you register an establishment in Croatia and submit the following documentation i.e. fulfil\u00a0 the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>request for obtaining a decision on approval for the provision of hospitality and catering services<\/li>\n<li>Personal Identification Number (OIB) or an excerpt from the court (for a legal person) or trade register (for a physical person) with a registered activity for performing hospitality and catering activities<\/li>\n<li>proof of the right to use business premises (purchase agreement, excerpt from the land register as proof of ownership, lease agreement, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>proof of \u201cusability\u201d of the building (according to the Building Act)<\/li>\n<li>general and specific conditions for the type, ie. type and category of the facility<\/li>\n<li>noise protection requirements (according to the Noise Protection Act)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>EUR 18.58 for types: Restaurant, Inn, Snack Bar, Pizzeria, Bistro, Pastry Shop, Fast Food, Catering<\/p>\n<p>EUR 74.32 for types: Nightclub, Night bar, Disco club<\/p>\n<p>EUR 27.87 for types: Coffeehouse, Caf\u00e9, Pub, Buffet, Tavern, Tasting room<\/p>\n<p>EUR 18.58 for types: Simple services facility in kiosk, Simple fast service facility, Simple service facility in stationary vehicle (or trailer), Simple service facility in a tent, Simple service facility on a bench, Simple service facility on pushcart (or similar devices)<\/p>\n<p>EUR 27.87 for types: Hostelry, Children&#8217;s resort, Hostel, Mountain lodge, Hunting lodge, Pupil or Students homes or akademis, Facilities for Robinson accommodation<\/p>\n<p>EUR 27.87 for types: Camp Resting Site<\/p>\n<p>EUR 92.91 for types: Hotel, Aparthotel, Heritage Hotel, Tourist Resort, Tourist Suite, Boarding House, Diffused Hotel, Integral Hotel (Joint), Health Resorts, Special Standard Hotels up to 100 accommodation units<\/p>\n<p>EUR 139.36 for types: Hotel, Aparthotel, Heritage Hotel, Tourist Resort, Tourist Suite, Boarding House, Diffused Hotel, Integral Hotel (Joint), Health Resorts, Special Standard Hotels over 100 accommodation units<\/p>\n<p>EUR 92.91 for types: Camp, Glamping up to 100 accommodation units (up to 300 persons)<\/p>\n<p>EUR 139.36 for types: Camp, Glamping over 100 accommodation units<\/p>\n<p>EUR 18.58 for types: Room, Apartment, Studio Apartment, Holiday Home<\/p>\n<p>Payment through Internet Banking.<\/p>\n<p>Payments are made according to the State budget, depending on the county.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry provides payment information for the groups \u201eHotels\u201c and Camps and Glampings:<\/p>\n<p>Costs of the procedure (per diems, travel and accommodation costs for the members of the commission (if any, to be paid later)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Application<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"featuredBlock\">\n<p>First option: <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.hr\/hr\/portal-eturizam\/2473\">e-service<\/a> (for EU\/EEA citizens)<\/p>\n<p>Second option: <a href=\"mailto:pisarnica@mints.hr\">pisarnica@mints.hr<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/jpt.gov.hr\/Prod\/\">Administration office for the county<\/a> (for sending photographed or scanned documentation;
