citizen (the lessor &#8211; a citizen of the Republic of Croatia and citizens of the EU\/EEA and Switzerland) can provide services on a permanent basis in Croatia, with registration of establishment in Croatia and submission of the following documentation or fulfillment of the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>request for obtaining a decision on approval for the provision of hospitality and catering services in the households<\/li>\n<li>proof of ownership of the facility where the services will be provided<\/li>\n<li>proof of \u201cusability\u201d of the building (according to the Building Act)<\/li>\n<li>general and specific conditions for the type, ie. type and category of the facility are prescribed by the general part of the Ordinance and the annexes to the Ordinance<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Fees<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>EUR 9.29 for obtaining the Decision<\/p>\n<p>Payments are made according to the State budget, depending on the county.<\/p>\n<p>Costs of the procedure (per diems, travel and accommodation costs for the members of the commission (if any, to be paid later)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Application<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"featuredBlock\">\n<p>First option: <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.hr\/hr\/portal-eturizam\/2473\">e-service<\/a> (for EU\/EEA citizens)<\/p>\n<p>Second option: <a href=\"https:\/\/jpt.gov.hr\/Prod\/\">Administration office for the county<\/a> (sending photographed or scanned documentation;
