{"id":2395,"date":"2023-04-24T09:02:46","date_gmt":"2023-04-24T07:02:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=2395"},"modified":"2023-04-24T09:02:46","modified_gmt":"2023-04-24T07:02:46","slug":"taxi-transport","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/taxi-transport\/","title":{"rendered":"Taxi transport"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If you are established in any EU\/EEA state, you are allowed to bring passengers from the Member State of establishment \u2013 without the right to embark passengers on return.<\/p>\n<p>In other cases, registration of establishment is required \u2013 information below.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>FREEDOM OF ESTABLISHMENT<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If you are established in any EU\/EEA state, you are allowed to provide services on a permanent basis in the Republic of Croatia, with the registration of an establishment in Croatia and obtaining a licence for providing taxi transport services, including an authorisation from the city or municipality in the territory of which you intend to provide the transport service. The licence for providing taxi transport services is issued upon receipt of application submitted electronically to the competent administrative authority in the county or the City of Zagreb. In addition to the application, it is necessary to submit the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>proof of registration or registration of activities \u2013 due to the simplicity of the procedure it is proposed to present the proof; if such proof is not presented, the competent authority will carry out verification ex officio, i.e., for EU\/EEA nationals via the Internal Market Information System (IMI)<\/li>\n<li>copies of vehicle licences for the vehicles to be operated<\/li>\n<li>proof of passed examination of professional competence as transport manager<\/li>\n<li>proof of financial standing \u2013 valid insurance policy for all occupants of the vehicle<\/li>\n<li>proof of compliance with the conditions of good repute \u2013 an extract from the criminal records registry or an appropriate attestation of compliance with those conditions, issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority in one or more Member States where the transport manager or any other relevant person previously resided<\/li>\n<li>proof of payment of the administrative fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the licence for taxi transport services, it is necessary to obtain an authorisation for all cities or municipalities in the territory of which transport services are provided. In order to obtain the authorisation, the taxi carrier has to submit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>application in <a href=\"https:\/\/rdpu.hakom.hr\/\">electronic form<\/a> or in writing to the address of the city or municipality<\/li>\n<li>proof of payment of the authorisation fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>EUR 92.91 for administrative fee for issuing the Community licence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IBAN: HR1210010051863000160<\/p>\n<p>Payment reference number: 5002 &#8211;
