{"id":263,"date":"2017-02-17T13:04:40","date_gmt":"2017-02-17T12:04:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=263"},"modified":"2024-11-07T10:24:44","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T09:24:44","slug":"decision-emission-allowances-allocated-free-charge","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/decision-emission-allowances-allocated-free-charge\/","title":{"rendered":"The decision on emission allowances allocated free of charge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The operator of an existing installation which qualifies for free allocation of emission allowances, including the operator of an installation for generation of electricity which produces heat and a small installation that may be excluded from the emissions trading system (ETS), has to submit an application for a free allocation of emission allowances to the ministry responsible for environmental protection tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The application for a free allocation of emission allowances which includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>data on activities, methodology report and the verification report in a written and electronic format<\/li>\n<li>data on activities and the methodological report shall be submitted on a completed form for data on activities and the form for a methodological report published by the Ministry at its website. The form for data on activities and the form for a methodological report have to be signed and certified by the person authorized for the representation of the installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fee:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HRK 35 (for the application), Account IBAN HR1210010051863000160,<\/p>\n<p>MODEL HR64, reference number: 5002-47053-OIB (personal identification number of the legal person)<\/p>\n<div class=\"featuredBlock\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>e-ACCESS to the activity service <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/e-poslovanje.mzoe.hr\/Identity\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F\"><strong>e-SERVICE <\/strong><\/a><strong>single location for submitting your application and documentation for obtaining approval.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Information: You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of your request and a confirmation of the approval through email..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Useful informations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li>Without the need to apply in person (saving at least half the time).<\/li>\n<li>No obligation for stamping (no longer a requirement for accessing the service market).<\/li>\n<li>No obligation for revenue markers (confirmation of online payment of a fee is accepted)<\/li>\n<li>The competent authority is obliged to issue an approval within 30 days (from date of duly submitted documentation, after the deadline for administration reply has expired).<\/li>\n<li>Once the approval is obtained, performance of this service activity can begin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Let us know how long it took.
