{"id":265,"date":"2017-02-17T13:05:02","date_gmt":"2017-02-17T12:05:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=265"},"modified":"2025-05-05T12:15:37","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T10:15:37","slug":"greenhouse-gas-emissions-activities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/greenhouse-gas-emissions-activities\/","title":{"rendered":"Greenhouse gas emissions activities"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong><u>First option<\/u><\/strong><strong>: FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If you are established in EU\/EEA country, you have freedom to provide services on temporary and occasional basis, without obligation of establishment in Croatia, mandatory membership in professional body and without a prior check.<\/p>\n<p>An online declaration is sent in the mentioned case to the directly to the competent authority at <a href=\"mailto:pisarnica@mzozt.hr\">pisarnica@mzozt.hr<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:ets-postrojenja@mzozt.hr\">ets-postrojenja@mzozt.hr<\/a>, along with a photo or a scan of the following documents (signed, without a stamp):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application for a permit for greenhouse gas emissions (form) to which the following documents are attached<\/li>\n<li>description of the plant and activities, including technology<\/li>\n<li>description of raw materials and auxiliary materials whose use leads to greenhouse gas emissions<\/li>\n<li>sources of greenhouse gas emissions<\/li>\n<li>plan for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions from the plant<\/li>\n<li>summarize the non-technical description of the plant and activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If EU\/EEA nationals do not provide the required documents, a competent authority will check their data via the Internal Market Information System (IMI).<\/p>\n<h1><strong><u>Second option<\/u><\/strong><strong>: FREEDOM TO ESTABLISH<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If you are established in EU\/EEA country, you as a physical or legal person have freedom to provide services on a permanent basis in Croatia, if you register an establishment in Croatia and submit the following documents, i.e. fulfil the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application for a permit for greenhouse gas emissions (form) to which the following documents are attached<\/li>\n<li>description of the plant and activities, including technology<\/li>\n<li>description of raw materials and auxiliary materials whose use leads to greenhouse gas emissions<\/li>\n<li>sources of greenhouse gas emissions<\/li>\n<li>plan for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions from the plant<\/li>\n<li>summarize the non-technical description of the plant and activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If EU\/EEA nationals do not provide the required documents, a competent authority will check their data via the Internal Market Information System (IMI).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Fees <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>None<\/p>\n<div class=\"featuredBlock\">\n<p><a href=\"mailto:pisarnica@mzozt.hr\">pisarnica@mzozt.hr<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:ets-postrojenja@mzozt.hr\">ets-postrojenja@mzozt.hr<\/a> (for sending photographed or scanned documents;
