  3. Decision on registration in court registry.<\/li>\n
  4. Submission of a request on meeting the minimum requirements for the social services provision to a Ministry, except for the provision of social services to elderly, disabled and homeless persons, home care services, and services provided by natural persons as a professional activity that is submitted to regional self-government units ie. City of Zagreb.<\/li>\n
  5. Decision on minimum requirements for social services provision.<\/li>\n
  6. Certificate of institution registration into a register of institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Non governmental institutions, religious communities, other legal persons, traders and crafters<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Decision on registration in appropriate register (NGO\u2019s in registry of NGO\u2019s, religious communities in Croatian registry of religious communities, or in legal persons registry of Catholic church in Croatia, other legal persons in court registry, traders and crafters in traders and crafters registry of Croatia).<\/li>\n
    2. Submission of a request on meeting the minimum requirements for the social services provision to a Ministry, except for the provision of social services to elderly, disabled and homeless persons, home care services, and services provided by natural persons as a professional activity that is submitted to counties.<\/li>\n
    3. Decision on minimum requirements for social services provision.<\/li>\n
    4. Certificate of registration in registry of legal persons\/traders and crafters.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Remedy<\/strong><\/p>\n

        No appeal against the Ministry\u2019s decision on minimum requirements for social services provision shall be permitted, but administrative proceedings before the competent administrative court may be initiated. An appeal against decision on minimum requirements for social services provision by the counties may be submitted to the Ministry.<\/p>\n
