Representative offices may be established exclusively for the purpose of market research, promotional and information activities and representation.<\/p>\n<p>The representative offices cannot perform activities within the founder\u2019s scope of activities or conclude business transactions for the founder.<\/p>\n<p>All representative offices shall be entered into <u>Register.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Representative offices are not entitled to establish companies with head office in the EEA Internal Market (EU + EFTA &gt; Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein).<\/p>\n<p>Establishing of representative offices is possible only for companies from Switzerland and third countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Third country foreign persons performing economic activities and national or international economic association may establish a representative office in Croatia.
