{"id":384,"date":"2017-02-20T08:26:09","date_gmt":"2017-02-20T07:26:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=384"},"modified":"2025-04-14T10:08:47","modified_gmt":"2025-04-14T08:08:47","slug":"coaches-and-instructors","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/coaches-and-instructors\/","title":{"rendered":"Coaches and instructors"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"content_center\">\n<div class=\"three_quarter right_col\">\n<div class=\"body-text\">\n<h1><strong><u>First option<\/u><\/strong><strong>: FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If you are established in EU\/EEA country, you have freedom to provide services on temporary and occasional basis, without obligation of establishment in Croatia, mandatory membership in professional body and without a prior check.<\/p>\n<p>An online declaration is sent directly to the competent authority at <a href=\"https:\/\/sport.gov.hr\/#\/home\">Nacionalni informacijski sustav u sportu<\/a> \u00a0or to <a href=\"mailto:kvalifikacije-sport@mints.hr\">kvalifikacije-sport@mints.hr<\/a>, along with a photo or a scan of the following documents (signed, without a stamp):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>proof of nationality<\/li>\n<li>EU certificate, i.e. certificate proving that the candidate at the moment of applying is not banned from practicing, even temporarily, profession for which he has applied, submitted in plain copy<\/li>\n<li>proof of professional qualifications (in Croatian translation certified by a court interpreter, unless the document is issued in the Bosnian or Serbian language and in the Latin script , submitted in plain copy)<\/li>\n<li>proof of practicing profession for which is applying for at least 1 out of 10 previous years, in case that profession is not regulated on the territory of a Member State of establishment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong><u>Second option<\/u><\/strong><strong>: FREEDOM TO ESTABLISHMENT<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>Recognition of foreign professional qualifications in the field of sport<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A request for recognition of foreign professional qualifications in the field of sport in order to provide services on a permanent basis (<a href=\"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/establishment\/\">establishment<\/a>) is submitted to <a href=\"https:\/\/sport.gov.hr\/#\/home\">Nacionalni informacijski sustav u sportu<\/a> along with a photo or a scan of the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>proof of nationality<\/li>\n<li>proof of formal qualifications or other proof of formal education and\/or proof of professional qualification (in certified copy, in Croatian translation certified by a court interpreter, unless the document is issued in the Bosnian or Serbian language and in the Latin script)<\/li>\n<li>proof that the candidate at the moment of applying is not banned from practicing, even temporarily, profession for which he has applied (in certified copy, in Croatian translation certified by a court interpreter, unless the document is issued in the Bosnian or Serbian language and in the Latin script)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Fees <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>EUR 26,54 for the expenses of Committee for comparison of professional qualification.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Request<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"featuredBlock\">\n<p>First option: <a href=\"https:\/\/sport.gov.hr\/#\/home\">E-service<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Second option: kvalifikacije-sport@mints.hr (e-address for sending photographed or scanned documents; signed, without a stamp)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Competent authority and regulations <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mint.gov.hr\/\">Ministry of Tourism and Sport<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prisavlje 14, 10 000 Zagreb<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:kvalifikacije-sport@mints.hr\">kvalifikacije-sport@mints.hr<\/a><\/p>\n<p>+385 1 6042 955<\/p>\n<p>Ordinance on recognition of foreign professional qualifications in the field of sport (OG <a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2023_08_91_1404.html\">91\/23<\/a>)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Authorization<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Decision on recognition of foreign professional qualification in the field of sport<\/p>\n<p>Deadline: 90 days<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Legal remedies <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Appeal in not allowed against decision, you may initiate administrative dispute with competent Administrative court within 30 days after the delivery of decision<\/p>\n<p>Last updated on 2 April 2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"footer_vspacing\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"footer_box\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>First option: FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES If you are established in EU\/EEA country, you have freedom to provide services on temporary and occasional basis, without obligation of establishment in Croatia, mandatory membership in professional body and without a prior check.
