Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n

defined in the Ordinance on types of forestry operations, minimum conditions for their implementation and works that could be undertaken by forest owners independently (NN 46\/21, 98\/21)<\/p>\n

  1. Proof of incorporation (in the country of origin \u2013 the freedom of establishment)<\/li>\n
  2. Statement of the responsible person about employed persons (for companies from the Republic of Croatia to the list of 117 CPII)<\/li>\n
  3. Statement on the possession of appropriate machinery and equipment<\/li>\n
  4. Certificate of qualification for operators of machines and equipment, as well as for safe work (Law on safety at work)<\/li>\n
  5. Certificates \/ approvals machinery required to perform work<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Fee<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The fee for the issuance of licenses shall be determined according to the price list for the issuance of licenses, depending on the total annual income of the applicant in the year preceding the filing of the application. The fee is payable only after the Commission\u2019s decision approving the application (After the procedure of determining the fulfilment of conditions).<\/p>\n

    The minimum fee is 1.592 \u20ac and the maximum 66.361 \u20ac in five years of the duration of licenses. Total annual revenues are classified into seven categories.<\/p>\n

    The fee for the issuance or renewal of the license is determined by the total annual income contractor in the calendar year proceeding the year of issue or the year of renewal of the license in the following way:<\/p>\n

    total annual income up to 66.361 \u20ac the fee is 1.592 \u20ac<\/p>\n

    total annual income of 66.362 \u20ac to 132.722 \u20ac the fee is 2.654 \u20ac<\/p>\n

    and in eight other categories, up to the fee for<\/p>\n

    total annual income more than 26.544.562 \u20ac the fee is 66.361 \u20ac.<\/p>\n
