manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>that they are nationals of states within the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation, who acquired their professional qualifications in a member state of the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation, nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation who acquired their professional qualifications in states outside the territory of the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation<\/li>\n<li>that they have submitted a request for the issuance of a decision on the recognition of a foreign professional qualification in writing, either electronically or by mail, to the Unique Contact Point or the Ministry of Tourism on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mint.hr\/access-to-information\/documents-11568\/recognition-of-foreign-professional-qualifications-in-the-field-of-tourism-11566\/11566\">form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required documents <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The candidate shall append the following documents to the application:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Request form \u2013 look e-procedure<\/li>\n<li>Proof of nationality<\/li>\n<li>Proof of completed education<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of formal qualifications or any other proof of completed formal education according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2015_07_82_1569.html\">Act on the Regulated Professions and the Recognition of Foreign Professional Qualifications (Official Gazette, No. 82\/15)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Evidence of professional qualifications pursuant to Article 13 of the Act on the Regulated Professions and the Recognition of Foreign Professional Qualifications<\/li>\n<li>A diploma supplement specifying the educational programme (courses, hours, exercises, lectures)<\/li>\n<li>Proof of professional training<\/li>\n<li>An attestation of professional experience<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of competences<\/li>\n<li>An attestation certifying that at the moment of submitting the request, the candidate is not prohibited from pursuing the profession for which he has applied<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Where a Member State of the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation has already recognized a qualification acquired, by a national of another Member State of the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation, outside the territory of the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation, the following documents shall be appended to the request for the recognition of a foreign professional qualification:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Proof of nationality<\/li>\n<li>Proof of completed education<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of formal qualifications or any other proof of Tariff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>of the Administrative Fees (Official Gazette, No. <a href=\"http:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2017_01_8_232.html\">8\/17<\/a><u>, <\/u><a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2017_04_37_789.html\">37\/17<\/a>)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 HRK\u00a0\u00a0 35,00<\/p>\n<p>Payment of the administrative fees:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 directly to the prescribed account irrespective of the amount<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>amount up to HRK 100 can be paid also left\"><strong>E-PROCEDURE \u2013 Recognition of foreign professional qualifications of office manager in order to exercise the right of establishment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li>Application form (request) must be fulfilled and signed by candidate<\/li>\n<li>Application form must be sent to the e-mail address of the competent authority, with all necessary documents and the proof of e- payment of the administrative fee \u2013all scanned in pdf<\/li>\n<li>If the documents are sent via e-mail, there is no obligation of mailing via post or bringing the
