The service is provided under the conditions prescribed for business establishment (Second option).<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><u>The second option<\/u><\/strong><strong> &#8211; FREEDOM TO ESTABLISH<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If you are established in EU\/EEA country, you as physical or legal person, have freedom to provide services on a permanent basis in Croatia, if you register an establishment in Croatia and submit the following documentation i.e. fulfil\u00a0 the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>request for obtaining a decision on meeting the minimum requirements for the type of nautical tourism vessel<\/li>\n<li>OIB or an excerpt from the court register (for a legal entity) or trade register (for a natural person) with a registered activity for the provision of services in nautical tourism<\/li>\n<li>proof of the right to dispose of the vessel<\/li>\n<li>registration form (for yachts and boats)<\/li>\n<li>safety certificate or boat license<\/li>\n<li>general and special conditions for the type of vessel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>EUR 27.87 for the decision<\/p>\n<p>Payment via internet banking<\/p>\n<p>Payments are made according to the state budget, depending on the county.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Application<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"featuredBlock\">\n<p>First option: <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.hr\/hr\/portal-eturizam\/2473\">e-service<\/a> (for EU\/EEA citizens)<\/p>\n<p>Second option: <a href=\"https:\/\/jpt.gov.hr\/Prod\/\">Administration office for the county<\/a> (for sending photographed or scanned documentation;
