{"id":896,"date":"2017-10-03T13:50:59","date_gmt":"2017-10-03T11:50:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=896"},"modified":"2023-11-07T10:58:53","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T09:58:53","slug":"library-activity","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/library-activity\/","title":{"rendered":"Library activity"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li><strong>CROSS-BORDER FREEDOM TO PROVIDE SERVICES: <\/strong>If you already have a registered establishment in another Europan Union Member State\/EEA Country, you can provide services on occasional or temporary basis without the requirement of registration to the competent authority<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>submmision of e-notification about occasional\/temporary provision of services without an establishment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>REQUIREMENTS OF ESTABLISHMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Library materials<\/li>\n<li>Premises, equipment and access to information and communication technology<\/li>\n<li>Resources for the work of the library (resources for wages, resources for librarary materials, material expenses, continuous professional training of professional library staff, resources for the protection of library materials, aswell as resources for investment and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Professional staff<\/li>\n<li>Programme of work and development<\/li>\n<li>Entry into the Register of Libraries of the Republic of Croatia within 8 days from when the Decision on the entry of Library or Library materials into the Court Register or other appropriate Register became final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No fee<\/p>\n<div class=\"featuredBlock\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>e-access to this service activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li>The form should be filled out and signed personally<\/li>\n<li>The form should be sent by e-mail to the competent procedural body, together with all the necessary documents \u2013 all in scaned PDF or jpg format<\/li>\n<li>If the documents are sent by e-mail, there is no obligation to send them by regular mail or in a physical way<\/li>\n<li>The approval \/ decision regarding the carrying out of an activity may, upon request, be obtained from the competent procedural body by e-mail. You will also receive it afterwards by regular mail. Upon receiving the complaint the Administrative Court shall determine the regularity of the complaint and whether the conditions required for an administrative dispute have been met, the Administrative court shall forward the complaint to the defendant and other interested parties for their response. The Administrative Court\u00a0 will assess freely the evidence and determine the facts.
