{"id":967,"date":"2025-06-09T12:39:03","date_gmt":"2025-06-09T10:39:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=967"},"modified":"2025-06-09T12:41:34","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T10:41:34","slug":"educational-rehabilitator","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/educational-rehabilitator\/","title":{"rendered":"Educational rehabilitator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>First option<\/u><\/strong><strong> \u2013 FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you already have an establishment in an EU\/EEA country, you have <a href=\"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/freedom-provide-services\/\">freedom to provide services<\/a> on an occasional and temporary basis, without the obligation of establishment in Croatia, a mandatory membership in a chamber branch and without a prior check.<\/p>\n<p>An online declaration is sent in the mentioned case directly to the competent authority at <a href=\"mailto:komora.er@gmail.com\">ured@hker.hr<\/a>, along with a photo or a scan of the following information, or documents (signed, without a stamp):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>proof of citizenship<\/li>\n<li>proof of establishment in an EU\/EEA country for practicing the profession of educational rehabilitator as well as proof that at the time of issuing that proof there is no, even temporarily, ban on practicing the profession<\/li>\n<li>proof of professional qualifications<\/li>\n<li>proof that the applicant pursued the educational rehabilitator profession for at least one out of ten previous years, in case the profession is not regulated in the Member State of establishment<\/li>\n<li>proof that there was no temporary or permanent revokement of the right to pursue the educational rehabilitator profession<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If EU\/EEA nationals do not provide the required documents, a competent authority will check their data via the Internal Market Information System (IMI).<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Second option<\/u><\/strong><strong>: FREEDOM TO ESTABLISH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are established in an EU\/EEA country, you as a physical or legal person have the freedom to provide services on a permanent basis, provided that you register an <a href=\"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/establishment\/\">establishment<\/a>, enter in the Directory of the Croatian Chamber of Educational Rehabilitators and submit the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>completed and self-signed application <a href=\"https:\/\/hker.hr\/data\/documents\/zahtjev-za-uclanjenje-2024-r.docx\">form<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li>certified copy of diploma,<\/li>\n<li>copy of a document from which the identity of the person is evident (ID card, passport),<\/li>\n<li>proof of payment of the fee for the membership procedure in the chamber (EUR 39.81),<\/li>\n<li>completed and self-signed <a href=\"https:\/\/hker.hr\/data\/documents\/zahtjev-za-priznavanje-prava-na-obavljanje-djelatnosti-03-2025.docx\">request form<\/a> for the recognition of the right to pursue the educational rehabilitator profession,<\/li>\n<li>proof or payment of the fee of the process of recognition of the right to pursue the educational rehabilitator profession (EUR 26.54),<\/li>\n<li>proof that educational rehabilitator meets the requirements listed above<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If EU\/EEA nationals do not provide the required documents, a competent authority will check their data via the Internal Market Information System (IMI).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recognition of qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A request for <a href=\"https:\/\/hker.hr\/inozemne-strucne-kvalifikacije\">recognition of qualifications<\/a> is submitted to <a href=\"mailto:komora.er@gmail.com\">ured@hker.hr<\/a> along with the following documents according to the general system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>proof of citizenship<\/li>\n<li>proof of qualifications<\/li>\n<li>proof of payment of the costs of the proceedings (EUR 331.80)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EUR 39.81 for inscription in chamber<\/p>\n<p>EUR 26.54 for the recognition of the right to pursue the educational rehabilitator profession<\/p>\n<p>EUR 11.00 for the monthly chamber membership fee<\/p>\n<p>EUR 331.80 for the recognition of foreign professional qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Payment via online banking:<\/p>\n<p>IBAN: HR5423600001102266561<\/p>\n<p>Recipient: Croatian Chamber of Educational Rehabilitators<\/p>\n<p>Reference number: OIB number of the applicant<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the payment: Inscription \/ Recognition of the right to pursue the educational rehabilitator profession \/ Monthly chamber membership \/ Recognition of foreign professional qualifications<\/p>\n<p>User: Name and surname of the applicant<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"619\"><a href=\"mailto:komora.er@gmail.com\">ured@hker.hr<\/a> (e-address for sending photographed or scanned documents;
