{"id":99,"date":"2017-02-17T10:28:45","date_gmt":"2017-02-17T09:28:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/?page_id=99"},"modified":"2026-03-25T12:34:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T11:34:26","slug":"architects","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/psc.hr\/en\/architects\/","title":{"rendered":"Architects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Architects perform tasks of design\/expert supervision of construction\/tasks of site engineers and\/or works managers and tasks of project manager of architectural professional.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>First option<\/u><\/strong><strong>: FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are already established in another EU\/EEA state, you as a natural and legal person have freedom to provide services on an occasional and temporary basis without the obligation to register the establishment in Croatia and membership in Croatian Chamber of Architects and without waiting for a prior check.<\/p>\n<p>It is not necessary to report to the Chamber to perform tasks of a site architect and\/or works manager and project manager of architectural profession.<\/p>\n<p>To perform design\/expert supervision of construction, an online <a href=\"https:\/\/view.officeapps.live.com\/op\/view.aspx?src=https%3A%2F%2Farhitekti-hka.hr%2Ffiles%2Fimages%2Fkomora%2FSkup%25C5%25A1tine%2Fobrasci%2Fobrasci-1-1-2024%2F11f-Izjava_za_privremeno_povremeno_pruzanje_usluga_2024.doc&amp;wdOrigin=BROWSELINK\">declaration<\/a> is sent through the system <a href=\"https:\/\/arhitekti-hka.hr\/hr\/e-gradani\/\">e-Citizens<\/a>, or directly to the competent authority at <a href=\"mailto:clanstvo@arhitekti-hka.hr\">clanstvo@arhitekti-hka.hr<\/a>, along with the following photocopied and translated documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a copy of ID card<\/li>\n<li>proof of establishment in another EU\/EEA country (employer&#8217;s statement)<\/li>\n<li>proof of professional qualification<\/li>\n<li>proof that there is no ban on provision of the service (certificate of the competent authority from the country of establishment or EU certificate)<\/li>\n<li>data on professional liability insurance in the territory of the Republic of Croatia or the EU<\/li>\n<li>proof of fee payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of annual renewal of the <a href=\"https:\/\/view.officeapps.live.com\/op\/view.aspx?src=https%3A%2F%2Farhitekti-hka.hr%2Ffiles%2Fimages%2Fkomora%2FSkup%25C5%25A1tine%2Fobrasci%2Fobrasci-1-1-2024%2FIzjava_za_produzenje_privremeno_povremeno_pruzanje_usluga_2024.doc&amp;wdOrigin=BROWSELINK\">declaration<\/a>, the applicant must enclose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>data on professional liability insurance valid in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, or the EU<\/li>\n<li>proof of fee payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Second option<\/u><\/strong><strong>: FREEDOM TO ESTABLISH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are already established in another EU\/EEA country, you as a natural or legal person have freedom to provide services on a permanent basis, provided that you register an establishment and submit the following documentation directly, along with <a href=\"https:\/\/view.officeapps.live.com\/op\/view.aspx?src=https%3A%2F%2Farhitekti-hka.hr%2Ffiles%2Fimages%2Fkomora%2Fobrasci%2F5-Zahtjev_za_upis_u_Imenik_stranih_ovlastenih_osoba_2025.doc&amp;wdOrigin=BROWSELINK\">request<\/a> at <a href=\"mailto:clanstvo@arhitekti-hka.hr\">clanstvo@arhitekti-hka.hr<\/a> or through the <a href=\"https:\/\/arhitekti-hka.hr\/hr\/e-gradani\/\">e-Citizens<\/a> system:<u><br \/><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>decision of the Croatian Chamber of Architects on the recognition of professional qualifications<\/li>\n<li>proof of knowledge of the Croatian language<\/li>\n<li>proof of the registration fee payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recognition of qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the <strong>automatic system:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/view.officeapps.live.com\/op\/view.aspx?src=https%3A%2F%2Farhitekti-hka.hr%2Ffiles%2Fimages%2Fkomora%2Fobrasci%2F13-Zahtjev-za-priznavanje-kvalifikacije-Application-for-the-recognition-of-qualifications-AUTOMATSKI_SUSTAV.doc&amp;wdOrigin=BROWSELINK\">Request<\/a> for recognition of qualifications is submitted at <a href=\"mailto:clanstvo@arhitekti-hka.hr\">clanstvo@arhitekti-hka.hr<\/a> or through the <a href=\"https:\/\/arhitekti-hka.hr\/hr\/e-gradani\/\">e-Citizens<\/a> system along with the following photocopied and translated documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a copy of ID card<\/li>\n<li>evidence of formal competence (<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:02005L0036-20200424&amp;from=EN\">in point 5.7.1. of Annex V and point 6 of Annex VI.
