responsibility for the work performed (if responsibility is not prescribed by any other law)

other conditions

 

The body of conformity assessment cannot be an economic subject for the products assessed and cannot be directly involved in the design, production or manufacture, placing on the market and / or available, installation, using or maintaining of these products.

 

In Croatia valid documents of conformity wooden panels issued abroad if they are issued in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products and Conformity Assessment.

• Request for issuance of the decision on the authorization of conformity assessment body to performance of assessment activities and conformity assessment of wood panels.
• proof of incorporation
• the documents which confirms the professional competence of staff, inventory of equipment and floor plan of the building with the necessary documentation on the test equipment

Authorisation

The decision on the authorization of conformity assessment body to performance of assessment activities and conformity assessment of wood panels

 

Remedy

Against the decision cannot be appealed, but can be initiated administrative dispute.
