Doing business in Europe is one of your fundamental freedoms. You have the right to find transparent information about regulatory requirements—all in one place.
That is why the EUGO network of points of single contact (for services) is used. This network provides a single access to information about doing business in Europe. Such information includes starting a business and cross-border provision of services in all states of the European Economic Area.
Also, points of single contact developed by Montenegro and Kosovo are already available. While it is possible to register a business and obtain authorizations for some service activities in these two countries, cross-border provision of services will be possible only after they accede to the European Union.
In addition, access to various business support tools is provided by the Croatian EU Internal Market Centre.
