There is the possibility of an appeal within 15 days to the competent administrative authority in a county. This authority may independently decide on the appeal in the case of procedural violations, i.e. it will forward the appeal to the Ministry of the Economy and Sustainable Development to handle the procedure under its competence.
Where an appeal is decided by a second-instance authority, the time-limit for resolving the appeal is 60 days.
