Requirements for legal person for wastewater treatment facilities waterproof control certificate

  1. the legal person established indefinitely and registered for environmental activities
  2. the legal person is not in the process of bankruptcy, unless there is a valid decision on the confirmation of the bankruptcy plan or liquidation
  3. at the time of applying for a decision on the fulfilment of special conditions, the legal person has fulfilled its obligation to pay all outstanding tax liabilities and obligations for pension and health insurance and other state benefits or has agreed to settle these obligations
  4. the legal person is solvent at the time of submitting a request for a decision
  5. the legal person a test laboratory accreditation issued by the Croatian Accreditation Agency according to HR EN ISO / IEC 17025, namely:

– for free water pipelines (gravity) – according to the norm Laying and testing of sewer pipes and ducts HRN EN 1610;

– for pressure pipelines – according to the standards Water supply – requirements for systems and components outside buildings HRN EN 805;

– for wastewater drainage facilities: pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, lagoons, overflow facilities, retention basins and other similar buildings – in accordance with the Water Supply Standards – requirements for systems and parts of the water storage system HRN EN 1508.

Necessary documents:

  1. excerpt from court register not older than 30 days
  2. statement that a bankruptcy or liquidation procedure is not open to a legal person or that an open bankruptcy proceeding is open, but there is a valid decision on the confirmation of the bankruptcy plan
  3. certificate on the status of debt not older than 30 days from the date of filing a request for issuance of a decision on the fulfilment of special conditions or text of settlement on settlement of due tax liabilities and obligations for retirement and health insurance and other state grants
  4. proof of solvency issued by a bank or other financial institution not older than 30 days from the date of filing of the request for issuance of a decision on the fulfilment of special conditions
  5. accreditation certificate by the Croatian Accreditation Agency

Information: You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of your request and a confirmation of the approval through email..

Useful informations:

  1. Without the need to apply in person (saving at least half the time).
  2. No obligation for stamping (no longer a requirement for accessing the service market).
  3. No obligation for revenue markers (confirmation of online payment of a fee is accepted)
  4. The competent authority is obliged to issue an approval within 30 days (from date of duly submitted documentation, after the deadline for administration reply has expired).
  5. Once the approval is obtained, performance of this service activity can begin.

Authorisation for performance of activities:

The decision whereby a wastewater treatment facilities waterproof control certificate is issued

Legal remedy:

An appeal may not be lodged against the decision; however, an administrative dispute may be instituted within 30 days. The legal remedy is an integral part of every decision.
