Requirements

Documents for companies established in Croatia and for foreign companies

1. Proof of incorporation (in the country of origin – the freedom of establishment)
2. Statement of the responsible person about employed persons (for companies from the Republic of Croatia to the list of 117 CPII)
3. Statement on the possession of appropriate machinery and equipment
4. Certificate of qualification for operators of machines and equipment, as well as for safe work (Law on safety at work)
5. Certificates / approvals machinery required to perform work

 

Fee

The fee for the issuance of licenses shall be determined according to the price list for the issuance of licenses, depending on the total annual income of the applicant in the year preceding the filing of the application. The fee is payable only after the Commission’s decision approving the application (After the procedure of determining the fulfilment of conditions).

The minimum fee is HRK 12.000 HRK and the maximum HRK 500.000 in five years of the duration of licenses. Total annual revenues are classified into seven categories.

The fee for the issuance or renewal of the license is determined by the total annual income contractor in the calendar year proceeding the year of issue or the year of renewal of the license in the following way:

total annual income up to HRK 500.000,00 the fee is HRK 12.000,00

total annual income of HRK 500.001,00 to HRK 1.000.000,00 the fee is HRK 20.000,00

total annual income of HRK 1.000.001,00 to HRK 5.000.000,00 the fee is HRK 40,000.00

total annual income of HRK 5.000.001,00 to HRK 15.000.000,00 the fee is HRK 80.000,00

total annual income of HRK 15.000.001,00 to 50.000.000,00 to HRK 160.000,00

total annual income of HRK 50.000.000,00 to HRK 200.000.000,00 the fee is HRK 400,000.00

total annual income more than HRK 200,000,000.00 the fee is HRK 500,000.00.

Remedy

Complaint against this decision may be appealed to the appellate authority within 15 days of receipt of the decision. The appeal is submitted to the Professional Service of the Chamber immediately in writing or by mail or in the form of electronic documents made in accordance with the law or may be filed orally on the record.
